Flood Presents to Benner Township Inmates

Secretary of the Board of Pardons Brandon Flood presented to the inmate population of SCI Benner Township the changes associated with the clemency process. There were approximately 200 inmates in attendance. The presentation was followed with a question and answer session. Basym Hasan from the PA Prison Society and Lamont Jones from Sound Community Solutions were also in attendance. Flood's presentation was recorded and will be played on the inmate dedicated channel.
