Chester District Staff Build Bond with City Team Chester

Parole Manager Javier Cintron and Chester District Director Michelle Rivera met with City Team Chester to discuss the opportunity to build a better relationship with their organization to develop more opportunities and support for the reentrants in the Eastern Region.

City Team Chester provides emergency shelter for homeless males, but it also has a 12-month Second Chance program to assist reentrants with their successful reentry back into society. They also provide Drug and Alcohol counseling. This organization is privately-funded and their services are free to our reentrants. Six reentrants are currently living in this facility.
