Chester Inmates Learn CPR/First Aid

On May 2, 32 inmates at SCI Chester became American Red Cross CPR/First Aid certified thanks to a special program organized by Deputy Kenneth Eason. Chester is one of the many prisons taking advantage of this training facilitated by the American Red Cross.
