Oliver Named Employee of the Quarter at Waymart

SCI Waymart Corrections Counselor II Erin Oliver was named Employee of the Quarter for the final quarter of 2023.
Oliver started her position as a corrections counselor I in January 2023 and was promoted to corrections counselor II in July. Since taking on her new role, she has excelled at the position and currently has the second-largest caseload at the institution -- 230 individuals.
Oliver has become an integral part of the Unit 1 team and maintains a professional work ethic when interacting with inmates. She also has a great rapport with staff and inmates and is a dedicated employee who will go far within the department if given the opportunity.
