Scranton CCC Supports Friends of the Poor

For its October 2023 donation drive, Scranton CCC collected non-perishable foods and hygiene items to Friends of the Poor, a local non-profit that operates 14 food pantries. The agency supports more than 15,500 individuals, and it holds large-scale distributions around major holidays — including Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Scranton CCC donated nearly $1,000 worth of canned meat, cereal, canned vegetables, shampoo, soap and much more.
