Brogan Named BCC Employee of the Quarter

Scranton CCC Monitor Tom Brogan was named Bureau of Community Corrections Employee of the Quarter for the third quarter of 2023.
Brogan has been instrumental in providing medical aid to numerous reentrants in his one-year tenure at Scranton CCC. Specifically, he has provided Narcan to save the lives of reentrants on three different occasions. Brogan has extensive prior experience as an EMT on an ambulance crew, and his prior work experience has translated well into a CCC as he has proven to be an asset to the SCCC team.
