York CCC Reentrants Partner with PennDOT for Litterl Clean-up

In late May, reentrants from York CCC provided community service through a litter clean-up project. The clean-up was completed along Route 30 West in Hellam, PA. York CCC worked with PennDOT on this initiative to ensure safety. This is the second annual litter clean-up partnership between PennDOT and York CCC.
