Scranton CCC Monitors Save Reentrant from Overdose

Three monitors from the Scranton CCC stepped up and took action on Feb. 17 — and they saved a life.
A reentrant collapsed in the kitchen area of the facility, and monitors Tom Brogan, Chris Matello and Mark Monahan responded to render aid. They worked together to save the life of a reentrant who was believed to be experiencing an overdose. They acted swiftly and directly to administer Narcan and contact emergency services.
