Dallas Inmates Support Nursing Home Residents

Various inmate groups at SCI Dallas teamed up to support residents of local nursing homes and veteran homes. The JCC, Lifers and Latin Organization paid for 400 small poinsettias and 5 large poinsettias for the Gino J. Merli Veterans Home (Scranton), the Homeless Veterans Shelter (Scranton), the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Hospital (Wilkes-Barre), Davis Nursing Home (Mt. Top) and Birchwood Nursing Home (Nanticoke).
The SCI Dallas Veterans Service Unit residents also sent a card saluting the current and former service members.
