CC2 Smith Named Employee of the Month at Phoenix

Corrections Counselor 2 Morgan Smith was named Employee of the Month at SCI Phoenix. Smith has a wealth of knowledge regarding policy and procedure, and she is an excellent trainer, extremely organized and has the most impressive management skills. When presented with a question that Smith does not know the answer to, she will always do her best to find out and then advise the entire counseling team of her findings. Smith is always willing and able to help others complete time-sensitive tasks, in addition to volunteering for overtime. She covered for other counselors while SCI Phoenix was short staffed. Counselor Smith possesses a positive attitude that is seen in her everyday interactions and is an asset to SCI Phoenix.
