Johnstown CCC Reentrants Clean Up Litter with PennDOT

Six reentrants from the Johnstown Community Corrections Center and Corrections Counselor Dan Hornabke worked with PennDOT to clean litter on Washington Street and Walnut Street in Johnstown. This will be an ongoing project as reentrants work to beautify the town.
