The SCI Camp Hill Safety Office has implemented a program for fire safety and sanitation that is designed to recognize an individual, department or personnel who goes above and beyond the call of duty in fire safety and sanitation.

The program selects one person or department quarterly who has shown outstanding performance in maintaining a clean and safe working environment for staff and inmates who work and live at SCI Camp Hill. The program was implemented in January 2017 with the intent to show appreciation for their hard work and true concern for the environment that we all live and work in on a daily basis.

The Certificate of Excellence for Fire Safety and Sanitation for the second quarter was awarded to the SCI Camp Hill Utility Plant.
