K9 Parole Agent Presents to PSU Class

Parole Agent Tom Wines teaches a class called Alternatives to Incarceration at Penn State – Abington, and for a recent lesson he called in colleague Justin Parson, a K9 agent. Agent Parson brought Eko, his canine partner, who perfromed a search of the room for hidden items.
Intel Agent Robert Cox also spoke to the class about the role of intel in parole supervision.
