Rockview Hosts PSU Students for Tour

SCI Rockview hosted 25 students and two professors from Penn State for a tour of the facility on March 27. The students visited a newer housing unit (E Block) and the facility’s oldest unit (D Block), as well as the yard. They discussed the history of the facility, including from when it was built through today.
