Parole Employee Recognized for 50 Years of Service

Institutional Parole Assistant Barbara Starnes was recognized for 50 years of service to Pennsylvania. Starnes works for the Eastern Institutional County Unit and was presented with a certificate and flowers by DOC Sec. Dr. Laurel R. Harry and Executive Deputy Secretary for Community Corrections and Reentry Kelly Evans.
