Wernersville CCC Car Wash Raises Over $400 for Children in Haiti

On July 15, Wernersville CCC staff and reentrants held a car wash fundraiser at Calvary Bible Fellowship Church in Wernersville. Over 50 cars stopped by for a free car wash from WCCC staff and reentrants. Drivers were given the opportunity to donate to Hope for Kidz, a non-profit organization that works to provide schooling and basic food security for children in Haiti. These donations totaled $420 — enough to sponsor one child in Haiti for a full year.
Calvary Bible Fellowship Church expressed their gratitude toward WCCC for their enthusiasm to be involved with such a successful event.
