Waymart Collects Socks for Veterans

The second annual Winter Warrior Warmup — a community-wide sock donation drive to benefit veterans in northeastern PA — is underway, and SCI Waymart was happy to support it once again. Last year’s effort resulted in 3,500 pairs of socks being donated to the U.S. Department Veterans Affairs hospital in Plains Township and the Gino Merli Veterans Center in Scranton.
