Gaudenzia Reentrants Serve on MLK Day

On Jan. 15, Gaudenzia DRC reentrants took part in a community volunteer day of honoring Martin Luther King Jr. by partnering with Berean Presbyterian Church. Pastor Michael Evans opened the doors for a day of clean up followed by a trauma informed and safe space lecture and discussion. Gregory Bonaparte, founder/CEO of Philadelphia Gang Members & Friends, along with Temple University students of Next Step Program and Rigina Community Forgiveness Restorative (CFR) alumni all joined for a day of community and fellowship.
