Three BCC Employees Recognized for Life-Saving Actions

Community Corrections Center #2 Monitors Darren Joyner, Gayle Mobley, and Kenneth Kajuffa were recently named Employees of the Quarter for the Bureau of Community Correction. The three were instrumental in saving the life of a reentrant who was choking. The center monitors acted quickly, administering abdominal thrusts, containing the incident area, and contacting emergency services. Their quick thinking and teamwork saved a life.
