DOC Veterans Team Holds Fundraisers for Veterans Non-profit

The DOC veterans services team held a coin fundraiser to support A Soldier’s Hands, an organization that supports more than 8,000 troops through donations and sponsorships. The team sold Veteran Coins for $5 to employees throughout the state, with proceeds going to the non-profit. Through the coin sale and an additional gourd sale at SCI Muncy, the team was able to raise $2,351.50 for A Soldier’s Hands.
