Troy Edwards, Veterans Service Unit at SCI Dallas, received the State Professional of the Year Award at the Community Corrections Association of Pennsylvania (CCAPA) conference held in State College from Sept. 17-19. Edwards consistently goes above and beyond in his duties. Congrats, Troy!
