Pine Grove Puppy Program Represented at Local Air Show

Earlier this summer, SCI Pine Grove Unit Manager Tammy Delosh and Drug and Alcohol Treatment Specialist 2 Christina Smith joined representatives from New Hope Assistance Dogs Inc. to attend the Westmoreland County Air show. New Hope Assistance Inc. had a booth set up there where 3 formers Pine Grove puppy program participants were present with their recipients. It was wonderful experience for everyone to meet and interact the people that received the dogs that were trained at Pine Grove and to hear feedback on how much of a difference they have made.
A special honor was given to Delosh and Smith as they were part of presenting a service dog trained at Pine Grove to a new recipient.
