SCI Pine Grove, COVER Place Flags at Greenwood Cemetery

On May 25, employees at SCI Pine Grove and Corrections Outreach for Veteran and Employee Restoration (COVER) joined forces with the local VFW to place flags on the graves of veterans and service members laid to rest in Greenwood Cemetery.
Present for the event were SCI Pine Grove Employees and their families, Boy Scouts of America, and members of the local VFW. The team from SCI Pine Grove expressed appreciation for the wonderful community and for those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
Greenwood Cemetery was established in 1879. Hundreds of service members were laid to rest there including veterans of every war dating back to the Revolutionary War.
