SCI Waymart honored Medical Records Supervisor Kathleen Kondrat, Garment Plant Supervisor Ann Marie Dippel and Corrections Officer 1 Paul Marsala as Employee of the Quarter for the second, third and fourth quarters of 2022, respectively.
Kondrat was selected for always being “willing to go above and beyond to assist in whatever you may need. She is so knowledgeable and very thorough. Kathleen is low key, does her job and is very efficient.”

Dippel was selected because her “leadership skills are second to none. She has been the driving force in the massive undertaking of our new uniform production. Even with the COVID-19 shutdown of the Garment Shop, Ms. Dipple has successfully been able to keep the shop both producing and up to par. Roadblocks were constant and she was able to lead her team into solutions.”

Marsala was nominated by an RN in the FTC housing unit who has “had the pleasure of working alongside Marsala, and I have been able to see the exemplary work that he does on the HB housing unit. He has the daily task of dealing with unpredictable mental health inmates, and I have witnessed his patience, professionalism and interpersonal communication skills work to perfection when faced with difficult situations.”
