Albion RTU, NRTU Inmates Compete in Annual Olympics

The annual SCI Albion Residential Treatment Unit (RTU) and Neurodevelopmental Residential Treatment Unit (NRTU) Olympics were held on Oct. 5. The event offers individuals with mental health limitations an opportunity for development and fellowship while engaging in healthy activities. Events included the 100- and 400-yard dash, basketball foul shooting, football punt/pass/kick contest, an obstacle course, and dizzy bat races. Cash prizes of $5, $2.50 and $1 were awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, respectively, and staff were in attendance to cheer everyone on.
