Tomorrows Hope Reentrants Clean Roadway

Tomorrows Hope reentrants have been volunteering with PenDOT for the last 3 years to clean up litter on roadway 865 near Coalport, and they were back at it on April 27. PennDOT provided materials such as vests, gloves, and bags for reentrants to use during the clean-up, and the reentrants gathered the trash, bagged it and placed along side of the road for PennDOT to come pick up. They collected more than 250 bags of trash during the day. Tomorrows Hope received many thank-you’s and has agreed to provide this as an annual service to the community.
