Sgt. Blaine Honored for 35 Years of Service

SCI Dallas honored Sgt. Richard Blaine for 35 years of service to the DOC. Blaine began his career at Dallas in 1986 and was promoted to sergeant in 2012. Below he is pictured with Major Eyer and Superintendent Ransom. Thank you for your service, Sgt. Blaine!
