Family Member Sends Gov. Wolf A Letter Praising Albion Employee

Maggie is the mother of a man incarcerated at SCI Albion. She wrote the letter below to Gov. Tom Wolf after her first in-person visit to the facility because she was moved by the thoughtfulness and professionalism of facility staff, specifically Superintendent's Assistant Michele Tharp.
