York CCC Reentrants Serve Local Community

As COVID-19 restrictions eased, York Community Corrections Center reentrants were able to get out and participate in some outdoor community service projects.
On May 24 and 25, reentrants weeded and mulched flower beds and parking areas at the local Aquatics Center. On June 6, they cleaned several YMCA properties of trash and debris, then mulched the cleaned areas. On June 12, reentrants cleaned York city sidewalks and YMCA parking areas. On June 27, they painted curbs red for YMCA emergency vehicles.
