Pine Grove Honor Guard Participates in Memorial Service

The SCI Pine Grove Honor Guard participated in the 2021 Indiana County Law Enforcement Memorial Service hosted by Indiana University of Pennsylvania Police Department.

The memorial honored the 362 fallen law enforcement officers in 2020, including 12 from Pennsylvania.

For more than 50 years, the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections has released a newsletter called "Correctional Newsfront." The newsletter highlighted great stories happening in our facilities involving staff, inmates, parolees and anyone involved in corrections in PA. After it became a digital newsletter, it has taken another step into the future by being turned into a blog.
