Inmate Artists Decorate Chester Blocks for Holidays

Despite strict COVID-19 restrictions in the facility, a few of SCI Chester's finest inmate artists put together some fantastic block decorations for the holidays.
The block decorating event gives the inmates a chance to use their creative minds and put up decorations to boost morale for both inmates and staff.
During these difficult times, the decorations and holiday spirit are needed more than ever.
Great job by Chester staff for organizing this event in a safe and fun manner! And great job by some imaginative inmates on such a spectacular job!
