SCI Waymart Superintendent George Miller and administrative staff presented Lieutenant Floyd Zajaczkowski with a Letter of Commendation for his PREA investigative skills, work ethic and attention to detail. His thorough investigations coupled with the techniques utilized to ascertain evidence and facts set the investigatory standard not only for PREA-related incidents but investigatory procedures as a whole.
