Continuing Education Information and Forms
The Women Working in Corrections and Juvenile Justice (WWICJJ)
Conference has received approval from the National Association of Social
Workers – Pennsylvania (NASW-PA) and the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal
Education Board to receive continuing education credits for attending the
workshops and sessions in the WWICJJ program.
We have two forms for Pennsylvania attendees, depending upon their
need. They are:
NASW has awarded up to 13 CEs for completion of workshops and
session in the program.
This form is for licensed social workers, licensed clinical social
workers, licensed marriage and family therapists and licensed professional counselors
as approved by NASW-PA.
Instruction on where to send the completed form, along with
payment, is included on the form.
The WWICJJ Program or the PA DOC takes no responsibility for
completing or mailing these forms.
Please note that in order to receive credit, you must complete an
evaluation (and include your name on each evaluation form) for each session
attended.
PA CLE has approved the WWICJJ Program for a maximum of 6 credits.
This form is to be used when you have attended a course that is
NOT sponsored by an Accredited Provider. Lawyers seeking Pennsylvania CLE
credits must complete Section B of this form and return it to PACLE along with
the appropriate fee(s). Section C of the form helps you to calculate the
correct attendance fee payment. Certificates of attendance will NOT be provided
for this conference.
