Keystone Scholars Home Visiting Program (ppt): The PA Treasury Department’s info regarding Keystone Scholars and the 529 plans are wonderful resources for families with young children supporting higher education savings with additional moneys provided in that baby’s scholar fund through those participating mothers’ on the WIC program.
