The Muncy
garment shop is one of seven garment factories throughout the State
Correctional Institutions. The DOC
Garment Operations produces clothing items for inmates and Correctional
Officers as well as to many State Agencies, County and Municipal customers.
Muncy
garments manufactures undershirts, poplin dress shirts, 100-percent cotton
Battle Dress Uniforms shirts and trousers, uniform trousers, hobby jeans,
maternity trousers and unlined jackets.
The Muncy garment factory currently employs 45 inmates.
