True Friends and Scranton CCC have a special relationship because in addition to reentrants donating to the shelter over the years, the CCC also uses their dogs for the Fostering Friends dog program.

Fostering Friends is a program where Scranton CCC takes in orphan dogs from True Friends and serves as a foster home for the pups. Reentrants are assigned to care for the dog, and they are even eligible to adopt the dog when they are financially stable and obtain a home plan.
