Pardons Secretary Visits Chester

On May 17, Pennsylvania Board of Pardons Secretary Brandon Flood, joined by Mark Hill of ABC27 of Harrisburg, visited SCI Chester to educate inmates about the role and function of his office and applying for commutation, pardons and expungement. Flood met with a small group of inmates, who were interviewed for the news segment, and then proceeded to the gymnasium where he met with an additional 200 inmates for a question and answer session. The presentation included valuable information for those in attendance.
