Lycoming College Students Tour SCI Coal Township

On April 16, 2019, Lycoming College's Criminal Justice and Criminology Class toured SCI Coal Township. Superintendent Tom McGinley welcomed the class before their tour of the institution. Kerry M. Richmond, Ph.D., associate professor, and students are pictured as they toured a housing unit.
Lieutenant Belles explained body scanner operations to Lycoming Criminal Justice Class. The tour was led by Deputy Superintendent for Centralized Services Tony Luscavage, Corrections Superintendent Assistant Trisha Kelley and Safety Manager Greg Fabrizio.
