During Crime Victims' Rights Week this year, staff and residents of Tomorrow's Hope—a facility with which the Bureau of Community Corrections contracts—made hygiene bags and donated them to two local shelters.
The bags were donated to "Family Services" in Altoona, Pa., and "Hope for Victims of Violence" in Dubois, Pa. The shelters house women and children that are victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, homicide, robbery and/or human trafficking.
