Waymart Holds Martin Luther King Day Essay Contest

SCI Waymart’s education department held an essay contest to celebrate Martin Luther King Day earlier this year.
Fourteen inmates participated as they wrote essays about what their vision for a peaceful future looked like to them. A panel of judges selected their favorite three, with the authors earning prizes and all participates earning certificates. Below is the winning essay:
