Quehanna Boot Camp Staff Participate in Community Exercise

On Feb. 9, Quehanna Boot Camp’s Critical Incident Manager Lt. Kelly Laird (below left) and Facility Safety Manager Troy Hoyt below right) participated in an emergency exercise at the Clearfield County 911/Emergency Management Agency.
Both men served in roles of the Incident Command System (ICS) during the exercise. ICS is a standardized, on-scene, all-hazards incident management concept. ICS enables a coordinated response among various jurisdictions and agencies, establishes common processes for planning and management of resources, and allows for integration within a common organizational structure.
