Empowerment Committee Holds Flag Giveaway for Employee Veterans at Forest

The SCI Forest Empowerment Committee held a drawing for Veterans Day giving away flags to veteran employees. Four of the flags were wooden and represented branches of the armed forces, and one was a metal American flag. They were all donated by staff to give to deserving veterans. The names of veteran employees were placed in a container for their branch of service and one name was drawn from each container. All remaining names were then combined for a chance to win the metal flag.
