Waymart Lt. Zajaczkowski Retires

SCI Waymart’s Lt. Floyd Zajaczkowski, a 23-year veteran with the Department of Corrections, officially retired on March 31, 2022. Lt. Zajaczkowski received several commendations throughout his career. In March 2009 he was assigned as the Sally Port Sergeant at SCI Waymart and was instrumental in thwarting an escape attempt. Lt. Zajaczkowski was also SCI Waymart's first PREA Lieutenant, where he has set the bar when it comes to the PREA investigatory process. Some of Lt. Zajaczkowski's retirement plans include enjoying his new Ford Bronco, spending time with his family and eventually doing a little traveling. Best of luck and thank you for your service, Lt.
