Camp Hill HOPE Welcomes Pablo

A week after resuming its dog training program, SCI Camp Hill welcomed its second pup to Hounds of Prison Education (HOPE). Pablo arrived to join Comet in the program.
Camp Hill plans to add a new pup each Friday until all of its handlers are paired with a dog.
