Motorcyclists Ride for Mahanoy CO

On Oct. 9, the Independent Bikers Federation hosted a benefit ride for CO Jason McNeil of SCI Mahanoy. Jason has served as a corrections officer at Mahanoy for more than 10 years. Earlier this year, Jason was involved in a life-changing motorcycle accident that left him in a coma and fighting for his life.
Jason has many months of healing before he will be able to return to duty, but he continues on the road to recovery.
All proceeds from the benefit motorcycle ride were donated to Jason's family to help with medical expenses. Many thanks to all who helped organize the ride, participated and donated. It was a beautiful day for a ride with fantastic people!
