Karlavige Named Employee of the Quarter at Waymart

SCI Waymart announced Corrections Counselor Joe Karlavige is the Employee of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2021.
The nomination for Karlavige said:
Mr. Karlavige's job performance is impeccable. Joe is an extremely confident counselor. I can't wait to see him advance in his career.
Joe is a go-to guy. His advice and guidance to employees is extended in a gracious and friendly manner.
If I am not sure who to ask or where to go I know I can ask him and he will point me in the right direction.
Joe is very modest, approachable, helpful and professional at all times.
If he ever is having a bad day, you would never know it.
