Mahanoy Hosts Commutation Clinic

SCI Mahanoy hosted special guests to teach inmates about the commutation process as part of a commutation clinic on Sept. 30.
Board of Pardons Secretary Brandon Flood was on-site and Commutation Specialist George Trudel from the Lt. Governor's Office joined virtually to provide three different clinics for Mahanoy's lifers and long-term inmates.
