Luzerne County Reentrants Honored in Transition Ceremony

The Luzerne County Reentry Service Center held a transition ceremony Aug. 5 at the Luzerne County Courthouse to celebrate county and state program graduates.
Forty-five state reentrants were recognized for their accomplishments. Graduates and their families, along with the GEO Reentry Services team and local stakeholders attended the event. Judge Tina Polachek Gartley (pictured, below right) provided the keynote address, and a program graduate (pictured, below left) gave remarks on his reentry experience. Also pictured below are State Parole Agents, Kathy Orr and Kelsey Ulrich, who have been instrumental to the success of so many reentrants.
