PCI Wood Shop Makes Ornate Jewelry Box

Check out this incredible jewelry box made at the Pennsylvania Correctional Industries (PCI) wood shop inside SCI Rockview. The unique piece  features logos of Correctional Industries programs from around the country and represents the National Correctional Industries Association.

For more than 50 years, the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections has released a newsletter called "Correctional Newsfront." The newsletter highlighted great stories happening in our facilities involving staff, inmates, parolees and anyone involved in corrections in PA. After it became a digital newsletter, it has taken another step into the future by being turned into a blog.

This is the new "Official Newsletter of the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections."
