Please take a few minutes to provide us with an evaluation of your
recent conference experience.
To show our appreciation for attending the 2014 Women Working in
Corrections and Juvenile Justice (WWICJJ) National Conference and for providing
us with your feedback, we'd like to offer you the chance to be entered in a
drawing for one of three gifts. You could be the lucky recipient of a Kindle
Fire HP, a $50 gift card or a $25 gift card.
However, in order to do so, we need your name and contact
information. Your personal information will not be used for any purpose other
than notifying you that your name was drawn for a gift.
We will not use this information to analyze your responses and we
will maintain the confidentiality of your responses. We simply need to be able
to contact you and let you know that you are one of the lucky winners!
